Casper Matikainen

Casper “Cappe” Matikainen is one of Finland’s leading pool players and a strong name on the European scene.

Born in 1997, he has built a reputation through calm precision, competitive consistency, and success in both national and international events. Among his standout achievements are silver in the 10-ball at the 2019 European Pool Championships, team gold for Finland at the 2022 European Championships, the Finnish 9-ball national title in 2024, and the European 9-ball title in 2025.

Matikainen represents a modern generation of Nordic cue sports talent, combining technical skill with a focused, professional approach to the game.
