Fraktpolicy
Deliveries in Sweden are primarily made in collaboration with Postnord and DHL. Other delivery methods may be used depending on the volume and delivery address.
PostNord MyPack
Your order is sent to your nearest PostNord representative. You will receive a notification either through a notice in your mailbox or via an SMS to your mobile to pick up your package. When collecting your shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.
DHL Servicepoint
Your order will be sent to your nearest DHL Servicepoint. You will receive a notification either through a notice in your mailbox or via an SMS to your mobile to pick up your package. When collecting your shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.
DHL Home Delivery
For goods that weigh 20 kg and more or due to their size can not be sent to your post office, home delivery is offered. Notification for home delivery is by phone. Home delivery usually refers to delivery to the address's first gate or plot boundary.
