Återbetalningspolicy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

From the time you receive your order, your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days. You have the right to return individual items or the entire order if you are not satisfied. Remember that the product or order, including its original packaging, must be sent back to us in salable condition. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal. Also, note that you as a customer have the financial responsibility for the return to us.

Refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received the item in return. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the initial business event unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@probilliardcues.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Not collected goods
For packages that you as a customer do not redeem within 7 days and are returned to us, we charge you SEK 400 (SEK) for administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.


Damages and issues
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately, but no later than within 7 days, report this to the carrier and make a claim. Do not pick up or receive a damaged package!

If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the carrier's handling, you must contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
